Cancellation terms depend on when your order is cancelled:

• Before preparation: If you cancel before your order has been prepared, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• After preparation begins: Orders cancelled after preparation has started may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total to cover our costs.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, contact us immediately at info@maraheb.me with your order details and a brief explanation. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.

If your complaint is valid, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement order at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

If you have not received a refund, check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or bank — processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, contact us at info@maraheb.me.

Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
